Instruction for Creating Your Blog

This was my first blog so I am no expert but here is what I learned...
Go to blogspot.com.....your address is like this....JudyNaughton.blogspot.com......no @
Choose your name and it will give you an address....and a password.  The program will prompt you.
There are 3 places you can put your information. 
The first thing in the center of my page came from the add a gadget.  Click on customize on the upper right side of your page....
The 2nd place for info is a post...a post is like keeping a daily diary....so the first thing you put in is at the bottom of the page when you are finished.  There is a way to change the order but I just started at the bottom and worked up to the top.
The 3rd place is a page....you can see them on the right side of my blog.  After you make a page.... there will be a link to your page.....just click to go to the page once you have it set up.  One of my pages is Photos - then and now.
When you add pictures click on the little picture in the tool bar at the top of the page.  Be sure your cursor is at the spot you want the picture to be.  Then click brouse....find the photo on your computer.  If you want your second picture to be after the first picture....put you cursor after the picture and hit the return a couple of times....You can add text after the picture.  When you add a picture click OK.  Be sure to publish the page after you add a couple of your photos.  See how it looks...you can edit or remove.
I did some deleting etc but eventually I got the idea.....You can go back and edit any of these 3 places.....
I went to a big meeting in Phoenix a couple of weeks ago.  Colin Powell was one of the speakers...he said he was born analog and trying to become digital...Me too!
